Bowling For Booze 2008

Bowling for Booze 2008 is to be held on Saturday 13th December, in Edinburgh.

Competitors will congregate at 'The Bailey' for Christmas Luncheon, before battle commences.

This year, the standard 2 game competition shall be increased to 3 games, to include an additional virtual cyber game ie. game 1 to be played on the Wii (to be hosted by Mark 'Balls of Fury' Webster).

All extra curricular activities are being organised by 'Balls Of Fury' & 'The Bonnie Tiler'. See them for info.

Brief History

Officially known as 'The Lola Ferrari Open Classic Memorial Tournament' in recognition of the huge-breasted, but sadly deceased 'Lolo Ferrari'. Regrettably her name was spelt incorrectly on the original trophy.

The 'Lola', as it is known affectionately, was first held in Portugal 2000 - the creation of a fledgling 'Belhaven Golf Society'.

While her roots are firmly planted in Scotland, the Lola Tournament has no fixed abode and travels the Globe spreading joy, love and serenity wherever she goes. Peace.
